Where robots get trained and deployed into the embodied world.

A robotics company in Los Angeles.

What we do

Robots come in as hardware. They leave as workers.

01 · ARRIVE A robot A humanoid from a manufacturer. Capable hardware. No job yet. 02 · TRAIN Kotetsu Simulation, then the floor. Real tasks, real rooms, real people. Every run logged. Every failure kept. 03 · DEPLOY The embodied world Shops, venues, events. A person next to it, every hour. Measured by the owner’s own numbers. WHAT HAPPENS OUT THERE COMES BACK INTO TRAINING
01

Arrive

We work with humanoids other people build. We do not build the robot. We make it useful, and we are honest about what it cannot do yet.

02

Train

Policies are trained in simulation and finished on the floor, with the robot doing the task in the room it will work in. Nothing is staged.

03

Deploy

The robot goes to work in real places in Los Angeles, with an operator standing next to it. The venue’s own numbers say whether it worked.
